Did you know that green hotels in L.A. save on water, energy & waste disposal costs? Many convention and meeting planners also consider green venues essential. Because of these benefits and more we are excited to tell you about the new Green4Green incentive program that helps L.A. hotels go green & become Green Seal certified. Hotels will get cash back & save up to $2,400 when they apply for Green Seal certification. We are thrilled to be a partner on this as part of the L.A. Green Lodging Program. Other partners include the City of Los Angeles, L.A. Better Buildings Challenge, the Hotel Association of Los Angeles and Green Seal.

LOT Polish Airlines announces U.S. west coast launch with new nonstop service from Los Angeles to Warsaw onboard state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner four times a week in April 2017 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). LOT’s Dreamliner will fly from LAX on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and operate at the new Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT). The schedule enables LOT to ensure the shortest trip from the U.S. West Coast to many destinations in Poland and other countries in the Eastern and Central Europe.

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and Westfield unveiled the new Terminal 6 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the latest milestone in the LAX modernization, featuring a bold new design and 21 new retail and dining concepts. Terminal 6 is the second redesigned terminal unveiled this year following the transformation of Terminal 2, which debuted in February. More than 22,000 square feet were transformed in Terminal 6, which delivers a unique traveler journey inspired by L.A.’s iconic Sunset Boulevard. The redevelopment includes the new retail and dining collection and nearly 5,300 square feet of improvements to common areas, including the new terrazzo floor and ribbon ceiling, three sets of bathrooms, new electrical and IT infrastructure as well as tenant office spaces.

Millions of LAX passengers can now reach their connecting flights more quickly and conveniently, thanks to a brand-new, $148-million facility at the airport. The Terminal 4 Connector is a new piece of the LAX Central Terminal Area that connects the airport’s south side terminals — Terminals 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 — with the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT).  The Terminal 4 Connector saves valuable time by giving travelers a direct, post-security route between terminals. Previously, passengers needed to exit one terminal and re-enter another through federal security screening to catch their connecting flights.
