Occupancy: TMD hotels recorded an average occupancy rate of 73.1% in CY 2022, up 18.6% from the previous year (61.6%). 
ADR: TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $207.07 in CY 2022, up 24.2% from the previous year ($166.71). 
RevPar: TMD hotels saw RevPAR reach $151.28, up 47.3% from the same time period last year ($102.72). 
Room nights sold (demand) increased 22.4% to 9.0 million room nights compared to the previous year (7.3m room nights).
