As home to the second-largest LGBT population in the country, Los Angeles showcases the diversity, vibrancy, and creative spirit of the LGBT community. The first Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Heritage Month (LGBT HM) Celebration in L.A. took place in 2011. L.A.’s legacy of championing equality is more important than ever - the theme of this year’s LGBT Heritage Month Celebration is “A City Connected Through Pride.” Read on for highlights of LGBT Heritage Month events taking place in June throughout Los Angeles.
